Cliffs Members now have a convenient, state-of-the-art family medical home for preventive care, acute care, pediatric care, x-rays, minor surgery and much more. Preserve Health is located in the heart of Mountain Park Village, in The Cliffs at Mountain Park community, and offers a culture of caring, wellness and vitality that is unlike most any primary medical home in the area.
