Collecting, reviewing and confidentially storing your family's medical records to ensure that preventive care is up-to-date and that potentially lifesaving records can be instantly accessed or transferred in a medical emergency.

Promoting scrupulous primary care: PinnacleCare will identify qualified primary care physicians (including adult, pediatric and concierge practices) near your home at The Cliffs or other residences, schedule accelerated appointments, complete paperwork, and arrange necessary follow-up care.

Arrange access to the foremost experts in preventive and integrative medicine.

When you travel, PinnacleCare will prepare proactive medical contingency planning for domestic and international destinations, and you'll have 24/7 access to your PinnacleCare Advocate and a Nurse Help Desk, should an issue arise. |

PinnacleCare provides objective data and research on leading physicians and cutting-edge treatments that are available, virtually, around the world, based on our Members' requests and travel parameters.
When you begin to transition to your new home at The Cliffs, your medical needs are among the most important details you will address while moving your family. PinnacleCare will collect and compile your family's medical records, research physicians according to your needs, and ensure the smooth and seamless transition of your medical care from one city to another. PinnacleCare has even helped many families at The Cliffs take care of their elderly parents by locating reputable facilities and arrangements for homecare at The Cliffs.

PinnacleCare Advocates™ are experienced professionals recruited from diverse backgrounds in the health field, from social work to nursing to VIP patient services. Each PinnacleCare Advocate brings unique and extensive experiences as an insider in "the healthcare maze" to their role as a trusted health advisor to Member families of PinnacleCare at The Cliffs.
A PinnacleCare Advocate team is in residence near the entrance to The Cliffs at Glassy, available to listen, guide and consult Members with all of their healthcare needs.
Members of PinnacleCare at The Cliffs also benefit from the combined knowledge, networks and experience of Chief Medical Officer and former Emergency Department attending physician Dr. Miles Varn, and Managing Director and Founder John Hutchins, who ran the VIP international patient programs at The Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins Hospital. |
| Does PinnacleCare only refer its Members to specific Centers of Excellence and to their network of physicians? |

Although it has formal agreements with a number of Centers of Excellence throughout the United States, PinnacleCare is not restricted or limited to providing access and referrals to those institutions only. One of the hallmarks of PinnacleCare at The Cliffs is the development of a customized physician network for each Member based both on their medical needs and personal preferences. |
| Does PinnacleCare receive a commission or other compensation from the physicians and Centers of Excellence to which they refer Members, and vice-versa?

PinnacleCare neither gives nor receives commission or compensation from physicians or hospitals. In all of its activities, PinnacleCare works directly for our Members and not the physicians or hospitals. Our focus is clear: provide our Members unbiased, objective information detailing their health options to assist them in making informed decisions, and then managing the details of their ongoing healthcare needs. The physicians are interested in treating PinnacleCare Members because of their relationships with our staff and our Medical Advisory Board. PinnacleCare Advocates help prepare our Members for their appointments by completing pre-appointment paperwork, reviewing important questions to ask the doctor, and providing copies of medical records. For these reasons, many physicians have commented that they are able to provide our Members with a higher level of care by virtue of their PinnacleCare membership. As patients, PinnacleCare Members enable doctors to focus on only one bottom line: what is best for the patient. |
