Wednesday, September 15, 4:00-5:30 pm: Wellness Personality Presentation
Using the Myers-Briggs personality test, we will help you identify wellness and fitness activities that will appeal to your natural preferences. Pick up the test and return to the Wellness Center by September 3. You will receive a detailed and extensive report on your personality type, including specific recommendations about how to best design your wellness program. We will notify you when your confidential results are ready at the Wellness Center, and learn more at the presentation at the Glassy Clubhouse. $20 fee for test and materials.
