| Description: | Cardio Club
Cardio Club is a club for anyone that wants structure and accountability to help them complete cardiovascular exercise. Each week, we provide an assignment via email or in a folder at the Wellness Center. You complete the assignment, log your results, and turn them into us. As part of Cardio Club, you can also turn in weekly food journals, which we will review and provide feedback. You can participate in Cardio Club from anywhere; you do not have to be at Glassy, provided that you can sweat and get your heart rate up! Do your workouts at any time, or attend Cardio Club. Reservations not required. Complimentary. Reserve your place by calling the Glassy Wellness Center at 864.660.1155 or email glassywellness@cliffscommunities.com.
