As we began to develop the master plan for The Cliffs at Keowee, and to think about the qualities we would want a builder to have, Community Concepts found us.

Community Concepts has a sterling resume. After building over four hundred homes in the Vail Valley - including the nationally-recognized homes within the Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead communities - Community Concepts, doing business as Architectural Impact in Colorado, began looking for “the next Vail”, and embarked on an exhaustive search for the best development opportunity.   While a builder of Community Concepts' magnitude could have chosen to build anywhere, the Company was so taken with the spirit, beauty, and opportunity presented at The Cliffs Communities that they moved their offices and families from the West and began operations in March 2004.
