La Metairie III

Our La Metairie III is much the same as La Metairie II with a few modifications to reduce depth from front to back for use on a shallower lot while slightly increasing the overall square footage to 3,976. This plan conveys the feeling of a country cottage with its typically French construction materials, and design. It has the same look and appeal as La Metairie II with a more open floor plan and a lower level terrace walk-out making it perfect for a sloping site.

The welcoming entrance formed where the garage meets the main house greets visitors with a sense of privacy and warmth. This functional, three story floor plan offers generous space and conveniences of an open floor plan incorporating a great room with high, beamed ceiling for living and dining inside and out.
