The Builder
The Cliffs encountered the work of Community Concepts, a talented team of homebuilders working in the Vail Valley of Colorado. Their designs were inspiring. Their craftsmanship was impeccable. Although a builder of Community Concepts’ prestige and acclaim could have built anywhere, they were eager to take The Cliffs up on their invitation. In fact, they were so taken with the spirit, beauty, and opportunity at Lake Keowee, that they not only began building within The Cliffs, they moved their offices East to work here. Community Concepts’ experience includes the nationally recognized communities of Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead and Cordillera in Colorado, where they established themselves as a builder of choice for a variety of world-class custom projects.
