The heart of the community will be the Club Village, a unique gathering spot reminiscent of an Old European town square where residents can stroll among a Tavern and Restaurant, Market and Pavilion, and Golf House.  

As the stately anchor of the Club Village, the Golf House overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and was awarded 2006 Best Clubhouse by Golf, Inc.
