Evergreen Custom Homes, Inc. has been constructing the vision of our clientele for the past 20 years.  Built on the fundamental values of honesty, integrity and old-fashioned hard work, Evergreen Custom Homes, Inc. believes in building relationships, not just homes. Evergreen Custom Homes, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Harvey Oles.  He began by building high quality custom homes on the banks of Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee.  Harvey, a graduate of Fordham University, worked as an executive in Pittsburgh and Connecticut before retiring to the upstate of South Carolina to pursue his true passion, custom home building.  Together with his son, Doug Oles, a 1995 graduate of Clemson University, they chart the course for the company.

Evergreen Custom Homes, Inc. places great importance on all aspects of the construction process.  From the initial phases of development, an owner of the company is on-site to oversee the day-to-day progress.  Furthermore, we deal directly with our clients and maintain an open line of communication.  There are no middlemen and we take accountability for the decisions made regarding your home. This is the best way to avoid common mistakes and miscommunication. For these reasons, we only build a limited amount of homes each year.
