Joey Pesner
Executive Chef, La Bastide at The Cliffs
Joey Pesner joined The Cliffs as Executive Chef of La Bastide in December 2006. An award winning graduate of Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, Joey brings a new creative talent to our Country Inn.
Joey comes to The Cliffs from Corpus Christi, Texas, where he worked as Executive Chef for Kings Crossing Golf and Country Club. Prior to Kings Crossing, Joey held the Banquet Chef position at The French Room at Hotel Adolphus, a Four Star, Five Diamond restaurant in Dallas, Texas voted among the 10 Best Restaurants in America by Zagat's. Chef Pesner also served as Executive Chef for the Four Star, Four Diamond restaurant in Washington, DC's Ritz Carlton Georgetown.
