Preferred Broker Referral Policy
Customer must be registered with The Cliffs Communities via Broker Referral Form prior to visiting The Cliffs Communities OR accompanied by the Broker upon their initial visit to The Cliffs Communities (registration processing-time takes up to 48-hours) . Clients, Customers and existing Cliffs Property Owners previously registered with The Cliffs Communities are not eligible for a Broker Referral. Customers not previously registered with The Cliffs Communities will then be registered in The Cliffs Communities database as a Broker Referral from the Preferred Broker.
Preferred Broker Referral Payment Schedule
Preferred Brokers and Agencies will be due a commission on original purchases by Prospects they have properly registered with The Cliffs in the following method: Cliffs Company and Re-Sale Homesite: 3% of land value as determined by net sales price Cliffs Company and Re-Sale Home/Shelter Packages: 3% of home/shelter value as determined by net sales price Registrations are only valid for 12-months, unless renewed by Broker & re-signed by prospect. Renewal forms available upon request.
