Builder Program Debuts and Design Center Opens at The Cliffs
Homebuilding and decorating decisions made easy through expert assistance
Travelers Rest, SC (January 9, 2006) – Two new services for property owners are now fully operational and already helping families realize their dreams of building a semi-custom or custom home at The Cliffs Communities: a Signature Builder Program and an interiors-focused Design and Selection Center. See www.cliffscommunities.com/signatureseries and www.cliffscommunities.com/designcenter.
“With our buyers coming from 45 of the 50 states and six international countries, developing services that will assist them in designing, building, and decorating their home here, from afar, are top-of-mind for us,” stated Scott Beville, The Cliffs' Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
“Through the Signature Builder Program and our new Design and Selection Center, we can equip homesite owners with a series of semi-custom home plans pre-approved by our communities’ Architectural Review Boards and connect them with experienced professionals in architecture, land planning, construction, and interior and landscape design,” continued Beville. “Leaning on a team they can trust allows the homebuilding process to go smoother, on time and on budget.”
The Cliffs Signature Builder Program leverages The Cliffs’ relationships with the best custom homebuilders in the Western Carolinas to present a collection of semi-custom, high-quality home plans designed to complement each of The Cliffs’ four private, master-planned residential communities.
Through the Signature Builder Program, owners may enjoy a significant reduction in design costs and a more hassle-free, streamlined homebuilding that includes on-site consultations, material selection, and guidance on the many important decisions that accompany custom homebuilding. Currently, The Cliffs Signature Builders include Allora LLC; Bergeron Builders, Inc.; Gabriel Builders, Inc.; Pendleton Homes; and Tyner Construction.
