The Cliffs Promotes Scott Beville to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
TRAVELERS REST, SC, May 31, 2005 – The Cliffs Communities announced today that Scott Beville has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “In Scott’s ten years at The Cliffs, his track record as both a salesperson and a manager has been instrumental in our history of sales development,” stated James B. ("Jim") Anthony, The Cliffs' Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are pleased to recognize his accomplishments by expanding his role in the future of this Company.” Mr. Beville will lead, plan and fulfill the Company’s critical sales and marketing initiatives. He will also be directly involved in market planning, continuing to work closely with The Cliffs’ construction and development divisions to focus on home construction within our communities. Scott Beville joined The Cliffs as a Sales Executive in April 1996 and was promoted to the position of Sales Manager for The Cliffs at Keowee communities in June 1999. He received a subsequent promotion in 2004 to Vice President of Sales Operations.
