Industry Leader to Augment Company’s Strategic Positioning
TRAVELERS REST, SC, October 11, 2004 – The Cliffs Communities announced today that Scott Ziegler has joined the Company’s Senior Management Team as Vice President of Marketing, a newly-created position emphasizing the importance of advancing The Cliffs’ nationally-recognized brand.

Scott Ziegler comes to The Cliffs from The Leslie Agency, one of the Southeast’s largest independently owned advertising agencies where he served as Partner and Director of Client Services. Scott holds a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and has worked extensively with luxury master planned communities and major golf resorts including Pinehurst, Reynolds Plantation, Palmetto Bluff, Oldfield, Daniel Island, Melrose, Georgia Tech Club, Traditions at Texas A&M, and Greg Norman’s Medallist Company.
