International Destinations

Since 2002, The Cliffs Communities has entered into international real estate with purchase of three incredible properties:

The Cliffs at Patagonia Chile

8,000 acres, including six miles of beachfront, near Parga

• 200 acres on the Palena River in Patagonia's southern Lake District
• 200 acres on the Futaleufu River, also in Patagonia's southern Lake District

British Columbia

• The Cliffs at Hakai Beach on Calvert Island
• The Cliffs at Kispiox River near Smithers

In the months following their acquisition, The Cliffs has been diligently preparing the properties with the finest accommodations, services, and amenities. The first phase of beachfront cottages at our coastal property in Chile as well as the lodge at The Cliffs at Hakai Beach in British Columbia are complete. Construction is underway at The Cliffs at Kispiox River in British Columbia.

In keeping with The Cliffs Communities' philosophy based on respecting the integrity of Nature's creations, our international properties - each bordered by lands sanctioned through conservation easements and situated amongst natural wonders - are accessible to members of The Cliffs.
